Have you ever visited a wine tasting room? It’s a great way to sample various wines to see what you like before you invest in a whole bottle. We offer the same easy-going approach to choosing an IT company. The initial consultation with your business or organization is ALWAYS FREE. There’s no cost or obligation to meet with us and get our thoughts and ideas about your issues. It’s our way of saying “thank you” for allowing us to demonstrate our level of expertise.

Standard Rate

Most of our work is performed at our standard rate of $125.00 per hour. We bill in half-hour increments and we charge one-way drive time from downtown Grand Rapids.

Professional Services

Professional Services include Project Management, Requirements Gathering, System Analysis & Design, and other high value consulting related activities. These services are available for $175.00 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, and billed in half-hour increments after the first hour.

Project Rates

Many projects are not billed at an hourly rate. A fair rate is negotiated in advance; usually as a function of the size of the project and the return on investment for you. We generally require 50% of estimated project costs up front, and the balance paid upon completion unless the project timeline dictates a different payment schedule.

Pre-Paid Bulk Purchase Discounts

We give you the opportunity to save some money by purchasing hours in advance. With pre-purchased hours, you also get priority treatment for any service requests.
